Nuestra empresa de gestión de bosques del prestatario "Meza Energija" nos ha informado que paguemos intereses en su totalidad por el período de recuperación en el primer día de pago de intereses en cada uno de los proyectos.
Mensaje de Meza Energija: ‘Estimados inversionistas de CROWDESTOR, hemos tenido tiempos sin precedentes en los últimos 2 meses que nos causaron algunos cierres de acuerdos cancelados, algunos costos inesperados y algunas demoras en nuestras operaciones regulares.
Sin embargo, vemos que las cosas están mejorando, por lo tanto, nos complace informarle que pagaremos intereses en su totalidad por el período de recuperación en el primer día de pago de intereses en cada uno de los proyectos. Además Forest Energy seguirá el cronograma de pago regular. ’
Sus horarios se actualizarán en los próximos días y el dinero ingresará de acuerdo con los horarios.

Parece que las cosas empiezan a mejorar, y tambien parece que crowdestor va a salir de esta fortalecido.

Si , creo que sera el que mas gane de este lio, por que todo lo que no te mata te hace mas fuerte

Seguro que fallara algún proyecto eso es inevitable... pero si en lineas generales mantiene una rentabilidad de 2 dígitos, tirara fuerte

We would like to give you a status update that has been received from the Borrower SIA “Meža Enerģija”:
 
“In the first part of this year, Covid-19 surprised everyone, including our company.
By the end of February 2020, we were in the final stage of signing contracts for selling forestry property lands to Finnish buyers. It was nearly the 15^th of March when we were finalizing the deal, but things got very boiled in Latvia, and most of the world went into complete lockdown. So did our deal.
Until late April there were no signs and ideas how long this ‘’pause’’ will last. During the pandemic buyers wanted to lower the price, so we went another way to find different buyers. By the late June 2020, we received a reasonable price offer for part of our forest estates and started preparing a deal for the final stage, however, this is not going fast. By the end of July, we signed a contract for selling them. The part where dominating land is forest, was sold and money already paid back to investors. Due to Latvian law which states that agricultural lands can be bought only by a company which shareholders are Latvians or Latvian speaking foreigners, other part had to take some time to separate agricultural lands from forest land and take this change into the cadastral system.
Due to the above-mentioned delays, we expect that projects CRP-2106, CRP-2174, CRP-2227 will be paid during October.
Meanwhile, after a challenging summer, we feel positive vibes in the overall timber market, and with some delay in the timeline, our company is growing steadily, with growing timber cutting and export volumes. We see that especially in these times, our way to be certified forestry company has given us an advantage compared to other companies.

In case the deal is finalized before October, the money will be returned to investors before the mentioned deadline. Please also note that the Borrower will be obligated to pay the interests for the delayed period which will be calculated on the payment day.
