Buenas , hoy les e escrito para preguntarles por los bonos aunque no estaba seguro de haber usado el link correspondiente cuando inverti, bueno el caso es que a los 10 minutos me responden:

En nuestro sistema, podemos ver que ha realizado inversiones, pero en el informe que recibimos de la compañía que posee el registro de bonos, no aparece. ¡Lo siento por eso!

Me acabo de dar cuenta que mi rentabilidad en https://crowdestor.com, es todavia mejor por que no estaba sumando el +1 de bonus.

Resulta que en su Dashboard solo aparecen los intereses , y como el bonus se pone manual NO lo esta sumarizado.

En otras palabras mi rentabilidad media asciende al 16.84% , teniendo en cuenta que tengo proyectos desde el 12% hasta el 19% no esta nada mal.

el cashback lo pagan entre el lunes y martes de la semana siguiente a la que hiciste inversion.

De todas formas , mandame por privado o en este mismo link,
tu numero de cr (inversor ) , la fecha de la operacion y el importe, asi podre ccomprobarlo y reclamarlo

Yo si aconsejo cada vez que se haga una inversion usar el link , asi como usar google chrome o internet explorer, ya que el resto dan muchos problemas.

Hi. My name is Artur Geisari. I am a financial expert, consultant, entrepreneur, yoga instructor, loving husband and father of 3 wonderful girls. My journey with helping business funding started when one of my customers was waiting for a bank loan for over 2 months. And got rejected. Then I decided to change the industry. I co-founded Monify – fully on-line SME lender. Since 2017, Monify has analysed 20’000 applications, lent 15+ million EUR worth business loans, expanded in 3 new countries and achieved scoring and underwriting automation so that average time to make an offer has reached 33 minutes on average, and a default rate 3.3% in 2019.

As a part of our funding, we have worked with five p2p platforms – Capitalia, Iuvo Group, Viventor, Grupeer and Debitum Network. Rates were high, but our business was handling it as we were lending at 24-60 % p.a. But there was one problem – by selling claim rights for short-term deals loan originator can only refinance its existing assets instead of attracting expansion capital. We needed to find a proper, stable and liquid source of funding. From the available market possibilities, crowdfunding seemed like a good idea. I made a list of 80 crowdfunding platforms with operations in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius, Helsinki and London. I spent a year to talk with them. In each one of them there were certain restrictions, problems and limitations. Somewhere company registered in Latvia wasn’t eligible; somewhere SME lending wasn’t eligible; somewhere only paydays; somewhere borrower needs to have a lead investor; and somewhere to supply 50% of total funding by own pool of investors.

From a range of platforms out there, CROWDESTOR seemed like the best fit, but there was one problem. It took me one 1 month and 3 contacts to get to the first meeting with Janis and Gunars, another 2 months to get to a second one. Guys seemed to be overloaded. From my perspective it was strange, because we are lending in 33 minutes, and here it takes 2 months to get a meeting. And I knew that I was not the only one to wait.

At the beginning of 2020, when investment amount in crowdfunding market dropped significantly, the opportunity to calmly sit down and talk finally appeared.

It turned out that Janis and Gunars are having numerous of meetings with each of the borrower, visiting sites, analysing case by case manually, preparing contracts manually. They have a very small, but dedicated team. They have spent 6 months on a single project Due diligence which is a timeframe we got about 6000 applications and rejected 5850 of them. And still they have a long, long line of borrowers waiting and demand from investors far away exceeds number of projects.

I saw passion in them. I saw the hard-working culture. I got direct answers to direct questions and zero hesitations to answer my own due diligence questions. I saw deep understanding of why business lending is very important. The vision is what got me. We both believe SME is the backbone of economy. We both see limited funding options for real business, which is the one that brings well-being to society. We both see that investors lacked possibility to directly lend money to vast range of sustainable and meaningful range of SME.

We decided to join forces and bring more value to investors and borrowers.

Recently I have joined CROWDESTOR as Head of SME. First, I want to thank you for your warm welcome and wishes. I have received numerous messages and invitations both on Facebook and Linked and replied with the utmost respect. With a few of you, we had professional discussions on why you invest, what your preferences are, and what you would like to CROWDESTOR to improve on. Thanks all of you for that. We will keep this in mind.
With this letter, I want to give more explanations to a couple of most commonly asked questions towards my responsibilities, specifics of SMEs, and experience.

What are my responsibilities at CROWDESTOR?
I am responsible for a new direction CROWDESTOR develops – quick, robust, automated, and standardized SME lending so that borrowers gain access to fast and accessible funding, and investors have an understanding of decision making. My second responsibility is to make sure that this new direction is scaled to as many European Union countries, as possible.

What is the SME segment?
The segment chosen has its peculiarities. The deal size is much smaller – starting from 3’000 EUR per project. The average loan size is planned to be around 40’000 EUR. The main pain point of SMEs is to get funding. If they have time, they wait for long-term bank financing. If not, the options are slim. Most of the SMEs can afford to borrow at rates from 16 up until 30% because their margins can cope with such rate. Plus, in the Baltics, such rate is widely acceptable and many non-bank lenders are charging double-digit rates. Even big and reputable non-bank lenders aim to charge SMEs 30 and even 40% APR.
The typical borrower has been working for 4 years, has 500 thousand EUR revenue, 7 employees and steadily growing business. He is still too small for bigger and cheaper bank financing, yet already a financially stable company.
The deal with each SME is structured as a loan to the company, with a personal guarantee of owner of the company. It’s a common practice within the business lending industry where both parties are liable for the liabilities takes.
Personal guarantee provides extra security for the funding deal. It disciplines borrower to pay, because the guarantor is liable with all his/her assets for to company loan. It covers reputational risks of the shareholder because after personal bankruptcy or criminal case, everyday life becomes more complicated and it's hard to do business as usual.

What is my experience?
I am in SME lending business since 2015. Currently, I hold co-founder and CEO positions at Monify, where we have lent 15 million EUR to 450 SMEs in the Baltic States and Poland. The current outstanding loan amount is 4 million EUR. We have achieved lending automation to the point where SME can have a loan offer in 33 minutes.

Is there any conflict of interest between CROWDESTOR and Monify?
In Q1 2020, the majority of shareholders of Monify decided to suspend expansion and to stop issuing any new loans, only focusing on the current portfolio management.
Since my vision is to enable millions of SMEs to gain access to funding, and CROWDESTOR was planning to scale up its operations and concentrating on growth, I was happy that I had this opportunity to join their team as Head of SME. The two roles are not conflicting in any way.
